Sparkbloom House publishes sparkbloom.cfd for embroidery clients. Using the site or booking work creates a contract under Hong Kong law unless a signed sheet says otherwise.

• Parts and labour for ticket #65-3235 style jobs are itemised before we start when the bench is busy.
• Appointments at the studio should arrive on time during Tue–Sat 10:00–18:00. Late arrivals may be shortened or moved; cancel early via hello@this site so the slot can reopen.

Indirect damages from website downtime on this site are excluded where Hong Kong law allows; direct craft faults are handled under our redo policy.
