Payments for Sparkbloom House services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on sparkbloom.cfd.

• Details here apply to payment work only — ask at the counter if your job spans more than one track at Sparkbloom House (this site).
• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from hello@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Hong Kong norms.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact hello@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Hong Kong unless otherwise stated.

Seasonal embroidery queues shift; we still confirm payment in writing and returning-client notes stay attached to your ticket. Receipts are available on request Desk near Shop 65.

We keep payment paced so embroidery finishing quality stays steady without silent add-ons — changes need a written OK. Ask for the embroidery lead if the queue splits.
